This is our community, where with every purchase, you can make a difference in your life and the lives of others and everybody wins!

Therefore, with all these variables that happen with each and every purchase transaction on our site we can’t give any refunds (except as noted above with a Return), as all these factors happen instantaneously once a purchase is made. It’s a complex set of processes and we feel you’ll agree, it’s just not right to take back those funds once they have been allocated, especially to charity!

Replacement:

That said, if any of our products need to be replaced for another (i.e. wrong size or color) you will have a 14-day replacement policy with each and every purchase. In the event that this happens with your purchase please email customersupport@weareourworld.com and we’ll send you back a return and replacement form to be filled out and we’ll exchange your product for another.
